摘  要:目的探索PBL结合循证医学理念在我国临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法计算机检索6个数据库,收集有关研究报道。经文献筛选、数据提取和质量评价后,采用Stata 12.0软件进行分析。结果Meta分析显示,与LBL相比PBL+EBM教学有助于提高学生的理论考试(SMD=1.94,95%CI=1.10~2.78,Z=4.54,P<0.001)和操作技能成绩(SMD=2.15,95%CI=0.97~3.32,Z=3.59,P<0.001)。结论临床护理教学中,PBL+EBM的教学效果优于LBL,但其应用形式多样、教学标准不一,评价指标体系也较局限,有待于进一步完善。Objective To systematically review the effects of problem- based learning (PBL) combined with the ideas of evidence-based medicine (EBM) practices in Chinese clinical nursing education. Methods Six electronic databases were searched for studies in accordance with the inclusion criteria and data was conducted using Stata 12.0 software. Results The Meta analysis revealed that PBL+EBM were more helpful to improve the theoretical scores (SMD=1.94, 95%CI=1.10-2.78, Z=4.54, P〈0.001) and the clinical manipulation skills (SMD=-2.15, 95%CI=0.97-3.32, Z=3.59, P〈0.001).Conclusion Combined with EBM, PBL pedagogy is superior to traditional lecture-based teaching. However, PBL+EBM teaching model used in clinical nursing education has diversified forms, lacks unified criterion and evaluation index system, so it is still needed to further explored.
