摘　　要：高炉料车卷扬机的工作特点是启动速度慢、转矩大、加速平滑,同时要求停车平稳、准确。原系统采用绕线式电动机转子串电阻调速方法,导致卷扬机钢丝绳松紧程度不一致,有时出现料车"挂顶"事故,严重影响生产。本文主要阐述了西门子V20变频器在高炉料车卷扬机中的改造与应用。The blast furnace hoist machine is characterized by the slow start speed, the strong torque, smooth acceleration, while requiring a smooth and accurate parking. The original system used the winding motor with the rotorresistance speed control method, resulting in the tightness inconsistency of the hoisting machine wire rope, and sometimes there occurred the cargo hanging accident, seriously affecting the production. This article focuses the application of Siemens AC inverter V20 in the blast furnace hoist.
