欠发达地区民营经济发展的制度环境优化

摘　　要：经济新常态下,推动欠发达地区民营经济发展,需要优化制度环境、进行制度创新。主要可以从四个方面入手:规范管理,强化服务,改善民营经济发展的政务环境;完善政策,创新机制,持续加大对民营经济的政策扶持;强化金融服务,拓宽融资渠道,破解民营经济融资难题;营造文化氛围,健全服务体系,优化民营经济发展环境。Under the economic ＂new normality＂ to push the private economy forward in the less-development areas it is to optimize the system environment and innovation of system. The main four fields should be stressed as followings it is to regular control and to strengthen service, to improve the political administration service for private economy; it is to complete policies and mechnism innovation to solve the finance issues, to give the policy support and to complete the service system and to complete the private economy development environment.
