肝癌从少阳论治

摘　　要：少阳气机郁滞为肝癌核心病机,贯穿肝癌发病及进展的全过程,因此从少阳入手,以调畅少阳枢机为基本治疗原则,有提纲挈领、纲举目张之效,为肝癌治疗之根本大法。用药上以小柴胡汤为基础方进行灵活加减,可使得气机畅、三焦通、湿热清、瘀血去,正气来复,提高临床疗效。The core pathogensis of liver cancer is the stasis in Yaoyang Qi movement,which exists during the whole process of the disease. Therefore,start with the adjustment of the Shaoyang Qi movement should be the basic medication principle and best policy. In prescription,modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction can be used to smooth the Qi movement,to regulate the functions of the Triple Burners,to clear Dampness and Hear,to remove Blood Stasis,and eventually to strengthen the righteous Qi of patients. Hence,the clinical efficacy can be significantly improved.
