摘　　要：目的:应用中医传承辅助系统软件,挖掘分析张学文教授治疗中风病肝热血瘀证的用药规律。方法:收集张学文教授近5年治疗中风病肝热血瘀证的病例,采用关联规则、系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析张学文教授治疗中风病肝热血瘀证的用药经验和用药规律。结果:对筛选出的97首典型处方进行统计分析,得出处方中使用频次最高的药物是天麻,其次是丹参、磁石、钩藤、地龙、水蛭等;基于关联规则分析得出药物组合出现频次由高到低前5位分别是"丹参、天麻""磁石、天麻""水蛭、天麻""钩藤、天麻""天麻、地龙";基于系统熵聚类分析方剂组方规律得出药物核心组合8组(16个)和新处方6个。结论:张学文教授治疗中风病肝热血瘀证多用清肝化瘀、活血通络化痰之品。Objective： To study the application rule of Professor Zhang Xuewen in treatment of Stroke with Liver-Heat Blood-stasis Syndrome by using the assistant system software of traditional Chinese medicine transmission. Methods： Data of Stroke cases with Liver-Heat Blood-stasis Syndrome that were treated by Professor Zhang Xuewen in recent 5 years were collected. By using the data mining methods such as association rules and system entropy clustering,Professor Zhang Xuewen＇ s medication experience and rules in treatment of Stroke with Liver-Heat Blood-stasis Syndrome were analyzed. Results： A total of 97 typical prescriptions were screened out,in which the most frequently used drugs were Gastrodia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Magnolia,Uncaria,Lumbricus,Leeches and so on. The drugs were analyzed based on the association rule and the drug combinations in using frequency from high to low are ＂ Salvia,Gastrodia＂, ＂ Magnet,Gastrodia＂, ＂ leech,Gastrodia＂, ＂ Uncaria,Gastrodia＂ and ＂ Gastrodia,Lumbricus＂ combinations.Based on the prescription analysis by using method of system entropy clustering,eight drug combinations（ 16 drugs） and 6 new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion： The treatment of Stroke with Liver-Heat Blood-stasis Syndrome by Professor Zhang Xuewen is characterized by clearing Liver Heat,dispersing Blood stasis,activating Blood,dredging collaterals and eliminating Phlegm of patients.
