摘  要:从泥页岩抑制剂分子特性和抑制要求出发,以间苯二铵双磺酸、乙醇、环氧丙烷和环氧氯丙烷为反应物进行聚合,合成了两性小分子聚铵泥页岩抑制剂MPE-1。采用FTIR分析了MPE-1的分子结构、凝胶色谱仪测定了MPE-1的相对分子质量(约为1 805),并研究了MPE-1的抑制性能。实验结果表明,加入2.0%(w)的MPE-1可以使滚动回收率达90.24%,二次回收率也大于90%,MPE-1具有良好的防止泥页岩水化的能力,抑制性能优于NW-1,KCl,NaCOOH,KCOOH等抑制剂。粒度分析实验结果表明,在基浆中加入MPE-1后,粒径分布曲线大幅右移,比表面积持续下降,当MPE-1加量为1.2%(w)时,颗粒比表面积比加入前下降近90%,证明MPE-1对膨润土颗粒的分散造浆有优异的抑制性能。Based on the molecular characteristics and inhibition requirements of the mud shale inhibitor, the amphoteric polymer mud shale inhibitor MPE-1 was synthesized by the meta-phenylenediamine-4, 6-disulfonic acid, ethanol, propylene oxide and epichlorohydrin. The molecular structure of the inhibitor was analyzed by FTIR. The gel chromatography showed that the relative molecular mass was about 1 805. The rolling recovery rate indicates that the MPE-1 with mass fraction of 2.0% can make the rolling recovery to 90.24% and the secondary recovery more than 90%, and has good ability to prevent shale hydration. The inhibition performance of MPE-1 is better than that ofNW-1, KC1, NaCOOH and KCOOH. The analysis results showed that, after the addition of MPE- 1, the particle size distribution curve of the slurry system was significantly shifted to the fight, and the specific surface area continued to decline. When MPE- 1 dosage was 1.2%(w), the specific surface area of the particles decreased by nearly 90.0%, which proved that MPE-1 had excellent inhibition performance on the dispersion of bentonite particles.
