摘  要:针对气相法聚乙烯流化床反应器中产生的静电,分析了各种工况下的静电形态,并根据相应的形态提出了静电控制的技术措施。在气相法聚乙烯开工过程、正常生产过程、进退冷凝过程等工况下,会产生锯齿状、收敛状、发散状、突变性、无规律性、单向性六种不同形态的静电。反应器内带入杂质是产生静电的直接原因。静电减轻型技术措施可减少杂质的持续性产生或带入,并对单向性形态静电进行中和。开工初期,合理利用抗静电系统可以确保开工过程顺利。The electrostatic forms of the static electricity generated in the fluidized bed reactor of gas phase polyethylene were analyzed, and the corresponding technical method for controlling electrostatic was put forward. The electrostatic forms including serrated, convergent, divergent, mutational, irregular and unidirectional, were generated in the operating conditions of the start-up, normal production, and entering or quitting condensed mode. Impurities getting into the reactor were the immediate cause of generating static electricity. Electrostatic mitigation method could reduce the impurities generated continuously or getting into, and neutralized unidirectional static electricity. The rational use of the resistance electrostatic system at the initial stage of the plant start-up could ensure success of start-up process.
