《医宗金鉴·杂病心法要诀》痹病证治思想探微

摘　　要：《医宗金鉴》自成书后,对医学的传播、发展作出了巨大贡献。《杂病心法要诀》为《医宗金鉴》分册之一,论治杂病治法,以歌诀形式高度总结杂病治则、治法,其对各项疾病证治的总结"前瞻古人,后启来者"。《杂病心法要诀》发展了八纲学说,从阴阳、表里、虚实、寒热8个方面论述杂病证治方法。本研究将详细分析《杂病心法要诀》有关痹病证治,发掘痹病证治规律,以指导临床痹病治疗。The Golden Mirror of Medicine has made great contribute to the spread and development of medicine. Formula for Miscellaneous Diseases is one fascicle of The Golden Mirror of Medicine which summarized miscellaneous diseases of principle and method of treatment which had great contributed to the cure of the diseases. Formula for Miscellaneous Diseases develops the theory of the eight-principle which consisted by Yin-Yang interior-exterior deficiency-excess and cold-heat. This article analyzes the principle of the Bisyndrome to guide the Bi-syndrome treatment.
