摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.0)软件,分析余绍源教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的用药经验。方法:收集广东省中医院门诊病历系统2012—2016年余绍源教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的处方共141首,使用该软件内置的频次统计方法、复杂系统熵聚类方法、改进互信息方法以及无监督熵层次聚类等数据分析挖掘方法,分析研究余绍源教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的用药经验。结果:确定141首处方的药物使用频次、药物间关联规则、关联度,得出核心组合16个、新处方8个。结论:应用中医传承辅助系统挖掘余绍源教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的结果基本符合专家临床辨证论治心得,中医传承辅助系统可用于名老中医临床经验分析与总结。Objective： To analyze Yu Sbao-yuan＇s herbal administration experience for ulcerative colitis by traditional Chinese Medcine Inheritence Support System （V2.0）. Methods： We collected 141 prescriptions used for ulcerative colitis cases （2012-2016） , then the data were entered into the TCM inheritence support system. Base on principle analysis, revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical clustering composing principles were analyzed. Result： Based on the analysis of 141 prescriptions,the frequency of each Chinese medicine herbal and association rules among herbs included in the database were ,computed, and 16 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions were explored from the database. Conclusion： The results were consistent with the expert＇s academic viewpoint. The TCM inheritence support system can be used to analyze and summarize the famous TCM expert＇s clinical experience.
