曼陀罗子维吾尔医不同炮制方法及含量变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:优化曼陀罗子生药材传统炮制工艺。方法:运用维吾尔医传统炮制方法盐炙法和炒制法对新疆曼陀罗子生药材中以阿托品和东莨菪碱含量变化为考察指标进行不同条件的炮制工艺研究。结果:曼陀罗子炮制方法确定为取曼陀罗子药材适量、除去杂质、净选、置于平底锅内、在200℃炒制15 min,冷却、备用。Objective：To optimize the Traditional concocted Technology of Datura stramonium L.. Methods： Using traditional Uyghur medicine salt processing method moxibustion and frying of Xinjiang Datura stramonium L. and processed materials to atropine and scopolamine content of different studies on the concocted technology. Results： Datura stramonium L. concocted method： take some Datura stramonium L to moderate, to remove impurities, clean elections, put pan fry for 15 minutes at 200 ℃, cooling, and prepare to use.
