摘  要:目的:建立同时测定强肾益精颗粒中王不留行黄酮苷、松果菊苷、金丝桃苷及毛蕊花糖苷等4种成分含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为0.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为330 nm;柱温为25℃;进样量为10μL;检测时间为90 min。结果:王不留行黄酮苷、松果菊苷、金丝桃苷和毛蕊花糖苷分别在11.6~116.6μg/mL(R^2=0.999,7)、15.1~151.4μg/mL(R2=0.999,4)、6.0~60.0μg/mL(R2=0.999,5)、3.3~33.0μg/mL(R^2=0.999,8)浓度范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系;王不留行黄酮苷、松果菊苷、金丝桃苷及毛蕊花糖苷平均加样回收率分别为100.1%、102.0%、99.3%和98.1%,RSD%值分别为1.33%、1.09%、1.76%和1.37%。结论:该方法结果准确、重复性好,可用于强肾益精颗粒主要成分含量控制。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Vaccarin, Echinacoside, Hyperoside and Verbascosidein Qiangshen Yijing Granules by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Methods: HPLC was used; the column was Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm); the gradient elution solvent system consisted of 0.1% H3PO4 water-acetonitrile solution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min; the detection wavelength was 330 nm; the column temperature was 25 ℃; the injection volume was 10 μL, and the detection time was 90min Results: Vaccarin, echinacoside, hyperoside and verbascoside showed a good linearity at 11.6--116.6μg/mL (R2=0.999,7), 15.1-151.4 μg/mL (R2=0.999,4), 6.0-60.0 μg/mL (R2=0.999,5) and 3.3-33.0 μg/mL (R2=0.999,8), respectively. The average recoveries (RSD%) were 101.1% (1.33%), 102.0% (1.09%), 99.3% (1.76%) and 98.1% (1.37%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate, repeatability and suitable to be used for the quality control of the main components in Qiangshen Yijing Granules.
