摘　　要：学生事务管理在高校管理工作中占据重要地位,目前,高校学生事务管理工作还存在一些问题,在依法治国的大环境下,怎样推动学生事务管理工作向法制化方向发展、采取怎样的有效措施维护高校学生正当权益是目前急需解决的问题。因此,现针对高校学生事务管理工作的现状、需要改进的地方及高校学生事务管理法制化模式的构建措施进行探讨和研究。Student affairs management has an important role in college management. However, there still exist some problems in the work of college student affairs management at present. Under the environment of rule of law, the urgent problems to solve nowadays are how to promote student＇ affairs administration to develop into the direction of legalization and how to take effective measures to maintain college students＇ legitimate rights and interests. Therefore, this paper discusses and studies the current situation of college student affairs management, the room for improvement as well as the measures of constructing legalization modal for college student affairs management.
