地方英文新闻网站对外传播策略初探——以《上海日报》为例

摘　　要：对外传播工作与某个国家的社会经济发展、弘扬传统文化、国际舞台形象等有很大关系。网络媒体在近些年来如雨后春笋般出现在人们的生活和工作中,其具有实时性、交互性和广泛性等特征,也正是因为这些特征为对外传播工作提供了新型的平台。在我国综合国力和国际地位的提升下,我国各地区的对外传播媒体承担起更大的责任。基于此,现以《上海日报》为例分析地方英文新闻网站在对外传播中存在的问题,并提出提高我国上海日报社国际发展水平的对策,希望能帮助其他国家通过我国地方新闻媒体更好地了解我国。International communication has a lot to do with the social and economic development of a country, the promotion of traditional culture and the image of the international arena. Network media in recent years have sprang up in people＇s life and work with the features such as instantaneity, interactivity and universality. All the features provide a new type of platform for international communication. With the promotion of the overall national strength and international status of our county, the communication media in various regions of our country take on greater responsibilities. In this regard, this paper, taking Shanghai Daily for an example, analyzes the existing problems in the international communication of local websites of English news and puts forwards coping strategies of improving the level of international development of the Shanghai Daily office, hoping to help other countries better understand the local website of English news in our country.
