粮食主产区兼业农户农地适度规模经营探究

摘　　要：随社会经济产业发展,农户从事农业生产经营活动同时,通过兼业行为稳定或增加家庭收入。以黑龙江省两大平原区为主要研究对象,分析黑龙江省两大平原区问卷调查数据及农户兼业化生产条件,运用C-D生产函数测算松嫩平原与三江平原兼业化农户劳均农地适度经营规模分别为177.72亩与74.44亩,农地适度经营规模测度值分别为321.67亩与216.61亩。松嫩平原劳均用地测度规模高于三江平原、两大平原区兼业农户是现阶段农户劳动力剩余导致的必然现象,扩大农地经营规模有利于实现农民收入最大化,为政府推进农地适度规模经营、发展现代农业提供数据借鉴和理论支持。With the development of social economy industry, different from the traditional production mode of farmers, more and more farmers are engaged in agricultural production and management activities, and choosing ＂sideline＂ behavior to stabilize or increase household income. This paper took two plains of Heilongjiang Province as the main research objects, analyzed the questionnaire data of two major plain areas in Heilongjiang Province and the concurrent production conditions of farmers in Heilongjiang Province, and took these as the foundation. C-D production function was used to calculate the moderate scale farmland management of each labor force in part-time farmers in Songnen Plain and the Sanjiang Plain, the result were 11.85 hectares and 4.96 hectares respectively. The scale farmland management were 21.44 hectares and 14.44 hectares respectively. The conclusions of this paper were that the moderate farmland management of each labor force in the Songnen Plain was higher than that in the Sanjiang Plain, the part-time farmers in the two big plains were the inevitable phenomenon caused by the surplus of the rural labor force at the present stage and the expansion of regional scale of farmland management was conducive to maximizing the income of farmers. Therefor these will provide data and theoretical support for the government to promote moderate scale of farmland management and develop modern agriculture.
