摘 要:目的:探索微信等互动软件在内科(以甲状腺结节为例)教学中的运用效果。方法:在2013级本科生随机选取2个班级,分为微信班(实验组)和普通班(对照组)。微信组学生使用微信、"Hi现场"以及"问卷星"等预习、上课和答题;普通组学生采用传统教学方法。课程结束后,通过调查,获得学习反馈。结果:微信班和普通班的随堂测验分数分别是(77.58±16.64)分和(72.73±19.53)分,P=0.027;并且微信班的学生反馈收获更大。结论:微信、"Hi现场"以及"问卷星"等互动软件能提高甲状腺结节大班课教学的效果,值得在内科教学中应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of We Chat and other interactive software in the internal medicine teaching(take thyroid nodules as an example).Methods:Undergraduate students were randomly divided into two groups:We Chat class(experimental group) and general class(control group).Students in We Chat group use We Chat,Hixianchang and wenjuanxing to preview,attend class and answer questions.Students in control group use the general method.By the end of the course,feedback was given from students.Results:Test scores of the We Chat class and the general class were(77.58 ± 16.64) and(72.73 ± 19.53) respectively,and P value was 0.027.Meanwhile,the feedback from the students in the We Chat class was more positive.Conclusion:Interactive software of We Chat,Hixianchang and wenjianxing can improvethe teaching effect of internal medicine teaching.
