摘 要:为了提高玉米清选过程的筛分效率,降低损失率,基于离散元方法,采用EDEM软件对玉米清选过程进行模拟仿真。简单介绍了玉米清选装置模型及工作机理,分析了筛分过程中的接触模型,并针对玉米清选装置作业参数(振幅、频率、振动方向角)对筛分效率的影响进行研究。结果表明:振幅为40 mm,频率为5hz,振动方向角为35°时,清选装置工作性能最佳。To improve the screening efficiency of the corn cleaning process and reduce the loss, the simulation of the corn cleaning process was carried out by EDEM software, which is based on discrete element method. Introduced the corn cleaning device model and working mechanism, analyzed the contact model in screening process, and studies the corn cleaning device operating parameters(amplitude, frequency and vibration direction angle) on the impact of screening efficiency. The results show that the performance of the cleaning device is best when the amplitude is 40 mm, the frequency is 5Hz, and the vibration angle is 35.
