摘  要:在研究断带抓捕器抓捕稳定性的过程中,分析了断带抓捕器的性能要求。根据全断面断带抓捕器的抓捕过程和抓捕原理,确定了抓捕靴表面的摩擦系数对抓捕器抓捕稳定性的影响。分别描述了普通抓捕靴表面和仿生抓捕靴表面与输送带接触时接触面上输送带的流动状态,并利用ANSYS软件对凸起刚性体与柔性体接触行为进行仿真。分析了仿生抓捕靴表面增摩机理,推导了仿生抓捕靴与输送带之间的摩擦系数及摩擦力的表达式。Analyzed the performance requirements of the broken belt protector in the process of studying the catching stability. By analyzing the arresting process of the full section broken belt protector,it concluded that the friction coefficient of the arrest boots surface was one of the important factors to improve the stability of arresting. When the surface of the ordinary arrest boots and the surface of the bionic arrest boots contact with the conveyor belt, it described respectively movement state on the contact surface ,and the contact behavior of convex rigid body and flexible body was simulated by ANSYS software. It analyzed of increasing friction mechanism of bionic arrest boots surface and the expression of friction coefficient and friction between bionic arrest boots surface and conveyor belt was deduced.
