摘　　要：罐笼手动挡车器的制作需加工4个键槽,且各键槽互成角度,加工时极易出错,相应的把手、挡铁、刀型板均需要加工对应键槽,使得加工成本较高,通过对挡车器各连接件进行分析验算,可以确定将手动挡车器的键槽取消,改为全部使用圆锥销固定的方法是可行的。Cage manual car stopper processing four key and keyway angles to each other,when processing the error prone,the corresponding handle, an iron block, the knife plate requires processing the corresponding keyway ,so processing cost calculation, can determine the manual car method is feasible. is high ,the car stopper of each connecting piece of analysis stopper keyway canceled, replaced by all use taper bolt fixed
