摘　　要：针对液压支架结构件中的管卡制作,对其以往采用的3种方法进行简单介绍,指出相应的利弊。通过分析4道弯管卡结构特点,设计制作一种工装,并对其结构、关键位置设计要求及创新点进行阐述。利用该工装进行作业,能够实现管卡制作一次成型、操作简单方便的效果。Aiming at the clamp production in the hydraulic support structure ,three past are briefly introduced ,with the corresponding advantages and disadvantages. methods used in the Through the analysis of the characteristics of four curved clamp structure, a tooling is designed with the description of its structure,design requirements of key location and innovation points. The tooling can achieve the primary shaping of champ production, easy and convenient to operate.
