摘　　要：针对济宁三号煤矿巷道喷浆施工存在的问题,采用装备与工艺改进相结合,研发出低劳动强度、回弹率低、粉尘浓度低的巷道高效喷浆机械化作业线及配套技术工艺,实现喷浆作业的高效机械化,提高了作业工效和质量。新型高效连续搅拌输送机输送能力达到7 m^3/h以上,实现了混合料的连续搅拌、精确配料、混合均匀、高效输送,满足了混凝土喷射机用量需求,生产效率高。Shotcrete construction in jining No. 3 Coal Mine roadways existing problems,and USES the equipment application combined with process improvement ,the development of low labor intensity, lower resilient rate, low efficient dust concentration roadway shotcrete machine assembly and supporting technologies, realize high mechanization of shotcrete work, improves the work efficiency and quality. New type of high efficient continuous mixing conveyor conveying capacity of more than 7 m^3/h,and implements the mixture of continuous mixing,precise ingredients, mixing,efficient delivery, meet the demand of the concrete jet dosage, high production efficiency.
