摘 要:在对煤矿主运巷道火灾监测预警需求综合分析的基础上,设计了基于ROTDR技术的火灾监控系统,分别从系统软硬件架构、现场布置方案、系统功能等几个方面进行了论述。通过分布式光纤测温技术实现对主动滚筒及机尾滚筒、驱动电机、变速箱及其他电气设备、托辊、沿线等各类火灾的全面监控,并结合CO、烟雾传感器相配合提高报警灵敏度,降低误报率,通过在滚筒、托辊区域布置洒水装置对火灾报警点进行灭火处置。Based on the comprehensive analysis of the fire monitoring and forecasting requirements of the main roadway in the coal mine, a fire monitoring system based on ROTDR technology is designed. Hardware and software architecture, site layout scheme, system function are introduced. Through the technology of distributed fiber temperature measurement achieve fire monitoring of active and tail roller, drive motor, gearbox and other electrical equipment, roller, along the line comprehensive. Combined with carbon monoxide, smoke sensors can increase alarm sensitivity, reduce false positives. Fire extinguishing is carried out by arranging sprinklers in the roller areas.
