摘  要:基于人-机-环一体化理论研究和现场实践,按照本质安全型矿井建设要求,将影响井下安全生产的各项因素进行归类整理,提炼出井下安全防控核心要素,并采用计算机软件技术,对煤矿井下人员定位数据、机车运行状态、生产环境监测数据进行提取和深度融合挖掘,将人-机-环一体化理论落实到信息化平台上,形成井下智慧安全防控体系,为煤矿生产和调度指挥提供决策依据。Based on the Man-machine-environment integration of theoretical and practice ,accordance with the requirements of the construction of intrinsically safe type mine, classified the various factors which affected the safety of the mine production, refine the core elements of the safety prevention and control, using computer software technology to manage personnel positioning data, the operating state of the locomotive ,the production of environmental monitoring data were extracted and the depth of integration of mining,to implement the integration of man-machine-environment theory,information platform specific form visible,tangible underground intelligence security prevention and control system, to provide decision-making basis for the coal mine production and dispatching.
