摘　　要：在AutoCAD平台中基于VBA提出了一种适用于线切割机系统的拟合泵用齿轮轮廓的方法。齿轮的渐开线部分,根据精确的泵用渐开线齿轮数学模型,采用双圆弧平均转角拟合法进行拟合。提高了线切割数控机床加工泵用齿轮的精度。A method for fitting the gear profile of a pump is proposed based on VBA in AutoCAD platform. This method is suitable for wire cutting machine systems. The involute part of the gear is fitted according to the mathematical model of the involute gear with accurate pump and the double arc average angle fitting method. The precision of wire cutting CNC machine tool processing gear is improved.
