摘  要:目的观察化疗药物对职业接触护士外周血氧化应激相关指标的影响。方法选择2015年底前在我院肿瘤化疗相关科室护理岗位工作的护士作为观察组,选取同期在我院临床一线工作且无接触肿瘤化疗药物可能的护士作为对照组,进行1∶1配对,每组各55例。观察两组外周血氧化应激相关指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)]水平变化,分析观察组接触时间、总职业风险指数与外周血氧化应激指标的相关性。结果与对照组比较,观察组外周血MDA水平明显升高,SOD、GSH-Px和CAT水平则明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与短时间接触组(<2.76年)比较,长时间接触组外周血MDA水平明显升高,GSH-Px、SOD和CAT水平则明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与低风险组比较,高风险组(职业风险指数≥285.70)外周血MDA水平升高,GSH-Px、SOD和CAT水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化疗药物对职业接触护士外周血氧化应激相关指标影响显著,且与接触时间和总职业风险指数呈正相关。Objective To observe effects of chemotherapy drugs on relevant indexes of oxidative stress of peripheral bloods in vocational contact nurses. Methods Nurses who worked on departments related to tumor chemotherapy at the end of 2015 were selected as observation group( n = 55),and other nurses who worked on clinical departments without contacting tumor chemotherapy drugs at the same period were selected as control group( n = 55). Changes of relevant oxidative stress indexes [superoxide dismutase( SOD),glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px),malondialdehyde( MDA) and catalase( CAT) ] of peripheral bloods were observed in two groups,and correlations between contact time and total professional risk indexes with relevant indexes of oxidative stress of peripheral bloods were analyzed in observation group. Results Compared with those in control group,in observation group,MDA level was significantly increased,while SOD,GSH-Px and CAT levels of peripheral bloods were significantly decreased( P〈0. 05). Compared with those in short-time contact group( 2. 76 years),in longtime contact group,MDA level was significantly increased,while GSH-Px,SOD and CAT levels of peripheral blood were significantly decreased( P〈0. 05). Compared with those in low-risk group,in high-risk group( occupational risk indexes ≥285. 70),MDA level was significantly increased,while GSH-Px,SOD and CAT levels of peripheral blood were significantly decreased( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Chemotherapy drugs may obviously affect relevant indexes of oxidative stress of peripheral bloods in vocational contact nurses,and the effect positively correlates with contact time and total professional risk indexes.
