摘　　要：新时期党和国家高度重视高校青年教师师德建设,师德建设已经成为高校青年教师培养的重要内容和提高教育质量的重要举措。医学院校青年教师师德有其自身的内涵和不足,应从教育、宣传、考核、监督等方面加强,以促进医学院校教师队伍的可持续发展,全面提高医学教育质量。In the new era, the Party and the state attach great importance to the construction of young teachers＇ work ethics, and it has be- come an important part of the of young teachers＇ training in the colleges and universities, and an important measure to improve the quality of education. Young teachers＇ work ethics in medical colleges has its own connotation and shortcomings, whose construction should be consolidated from such aspects as education, publicity, assessment and supervision, in order to promote the sustainable development of the teaching staff in medical colleges, and comprehensively improve the quality of medical education.
