自主性综合实验在临床生化检验实验中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨自主性综合实验在临床生化检验实验教学中的应用。方法:将医学检验本科生随机分组,实验组采用自主性综合实验教学法,对照组采用验证性实验授课,并进行成绩考核和问卷调查。结果:实验组理论和实验成绩均高于对照组,P<0.05,实验组学生的学习积极性、兴趣、独立思考能力、动手能力、人际合作能力、问题解决能力均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:自主性综合实验有助于提高教学效果。objective：To discuss the use of comprehensive and independently designed experiments in the course of clinical biochemical. Method： Medical inspection undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group use comprenensive and self-designed experiments method, the control group use the replication experiment, and made score examine and questionnaire. Result ： Theory and test result of the experimental group was visibly better than the control one, P 〈 0. 05, students＇ learning initiative and interest, thinking ability, opera- tional ability,interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability of the experimental group was higher than the control one. conclusion： Comprenens- ire and independently designed experiments contribute to improve teaching result.
