摘　　要：佛山利保广场地下基础底板防水工程采取分段开挖、分段施工,保证了在南方雨季时基坑施工安全。由于局部基坑施工时间较长,部分深基坑降水达不到要求,给基础防水施工提出了相当高的要求。采用预铺高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材施工工法,保证了地下室底板潮湿基面上的防水质量要求。本文介绍了该工程项目的特点和预铺高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材的大面施工与细部节点加强处理做法。The underground foundation slab waterproofing work of Foshan Libao Plaza was constructed segment by segment, which ensured the safety of foundation pit construction during raining season in South of China. Since some local pits took long time for construction, and dewatering of some deep pit can not reach the requirements, these issues raised quite high requirements for the foundation waterproofing work. The adoption of pre-laid polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane guaranteed the waterproofing quality on wet substrate of underground foundation slab. The article introduces the characteristics of this project, methods for application of pre-laid polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane on bedding face, and reinforcements for details.
