摘 要:目前,企业员工隐性缺勤行为是人力资源领域研究的焦点,同时也是评估员工工作效率的重要依据。首先,本研究在掌握隐性缺勤行为的概念及特征的基础上,对员工隐性缺勤行为的相关信息展开问卷调查,分析影响员工隐性缺勤行为的因素;其次,本研究构建了基于企业员工隐性缺勤行为的工作效率模型,采用SPSS21.0软件对模型进行信效度分析,并采用AMOS21.0软件进行模型验证;最后,研究发现间歇性疼痛、负面情绪、职业倦怠、睡眠质量、工作环境/氛围、社会适应力等因素均显著影响企业员工隐性缺勤行为,并直接影响员工的工作效率;据此,本研究对企业管理者提出管理方面的建议。At present, the presenteeism of employees is the focus of the area of human resources, and also gradually becomes an important basis for the accessing of employees' working efficiency. First of all, this study investigated the relevant information about employees' presenteeism by the questionnaire on the basis of grasping the concept and characteristics of the presenteeism. It can research the influence factors of presenteeism on employees' working effi- ciency in depth. Secondly, this study constructed the model of working efficiency based on the presenteeism of em- ployees. Then it used the SPSS21.0 to analyze the reliability and validity of the model, and used the AMOS21.0 for the model validation. Finally, the study finds that the employees' presenteeism is significantly affected by inter- mittent pain, negative emotions, job burnout, sleep, working environment, social adaptability and other factors. And it then ultimately affects the employee's work efficiency directly. Therefore, the study puts forward some man- agement suggestions for the enterprise managers.
