摘　　要：众筹是互联网金融的一种重要形式,它以其服务成本低、效率高等优点而受到大众青睐;然而,随着众筹融资模式形式的多样化、规模的不断扩大和行业参与者的增多,其内部所蕴含的诸多风险也不断地暴露出来。本文以理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法,主要运用模糊层次分析法对众筹风险进行研究,在互联网金融的整体风险框架下,深入探索众筹融资模式的风险特征。此外,将具有代表性的众筹平台"京东东家"作为主要的风险分析和建模对象,使得众筹风险的识别、建模和评估能够更加有针对性。Crowd-funding is one of the most important forms of Internet finance.
