摘 要:设计了一种具有新型结构特征的磷腈聚合物——聚氧化磷腈。以三氯氧磷和六亚甲基四胺为原料,以1-氯萘为溶剂,在170℃下反应32 h,成功合成聚氧化磷腈,通过FTIR和^(31)PNMR对聚合物的结构进行表征。然后以聚氧化磷腈作为反应型阻燃剂制得阻燃环氧树脂E51,并测试其性能。结果表明:采用聚氧化磷腈改性的阻燃环氧树脂E-51氧指数为35.4%,垂直燃烧等级为UL94 V-0,阻燃效果良好。A novel structured phosphazene polymer, which called polyphosphazene oxide, was designed. The polyphosphazene oxide was successfully synthesized at 170 ℃ for 32 h using phosphorus oxychloride and hexamine as raw materials, 1-chloronaphthalene as solvent, and its structure was characterized via FTIR and ^31P-NMR. Then a flame retardancy epoxy resin (E51) was prepared using polyphosphazene oxide as reactive flame retardant, and its properties were tested. The results show that the oxygen index of the polyphosphazene oxide modified E51 is 35.4%, and the vertical burning level is UL94 V-0, which indictae that the E51 has good flame retardant efficiency.
