摘　　要：陈士铎治疗咳嗽,首辨外感内伤,并且注重内伤,对于外感咳嗽,仍重脏腑不足,内外兼治,用药轻灵,质地柔润。陈士铎临床上治疗咳嗽多从内伤求治,内外合邪,兼夹而治,所谓"正气存内,邪不可干",认为脏腑虚损、气机不调为病机之关键,在辨证时注重脏腑间关系,培土生金、金水相生、佐金平木等诸法同用。外感咳嗽在疏散外邪的基础上,仍参以调和脏腑之法,内外调治。其从脾胃虚寒,土不生金;顽痰停滞,肺气虚损;肝木刑金,肺肾阴亏;郁热咳嗽;气阴两虚;肺燥咳嗽等方面辨证治疗。陈士铎居处江浙一带,病者以感受温邪为多,故治疗以温热伤津、气阴不足、脏腑虚损立论,时时注意顾护阴津,补脾生津,多用滋阴益气之法,用药考究,以清润之品为多。In the treatment of cough,Chen Shiduo first differentiated exogenous contraction and internal injury and stressed internal injury. For cough due to exogenous contraction,he still paid attention to deficiency of the viscera and applied treatment for the internal and external with light drugs soft and moistening in texture. Clinical Chen Shiduo mostly treated cough from the internal injury and dealt with intermingling external and internal pathogens. This is so call ＂ when healthy qi exist internally,pathogens cannot attack the body＂. He believed that visceral deficiency and disturbance of qi movement were the key pathogenesis. In syndrome differentiation,the relation between the zang and fu organs were valued and the methods of cultivating earth to generate metal,mutually generating of metal and water and supplementing metal to sooth wood are applied simultaneously. On the basis of dispersing external pathogens for the cough due to external contraction,methods of harmonizing viscera and regulating the internal and external were applied. Syndrome differentiation and treatment were conducted from the aspects of deficient cold the spleen and stomach,earth failing to generate metal,phlegm stagnation,lung qi deficiency,wood impairing metal,yin deficiency of the lung and kidney,cough due to stagnant heat,qi and yin deficiency,cough due to lung dryness. Chen Shiduo lived in the area of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces and the patients got sick mostly because of contraction of warm pathogen,so the treatment should target for warm heat impairing body fluid,insufficiency of qi and yin,deficiency of the viscera and applied to protect yin fluid,tonify spleen and produce body fluid with method of nourishing yin and benefiting qi. The drugs were selected with particular care and most were clear and moistening in nature.
