摘　　要：目的:观察肛腺切除合并瘘管剔除缝合术配合中药熏洗治疗肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年9月—2017年5月在西安市中医医院肛肠科住院的肛瘘患者180例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组90例。对照组给予肛瘘切除术治疗,治疗组给予肛腺切除合并瘘管剔除缝合术配合中药熏洗治疗。结果:治疗组创面愈合率、创面愈合时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛腺切除合并瘘管剔除缝合术配合中药熏洗治疗肛瘘疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of anal gland resection combined with fistula removal suture accompanied by fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine on anal fistula. Methods： Totally 180 patients with anal fistula treated in the Anorectal Department of Xi＇an Hospital of Chinese Medicine between September 2015 and May 2017 were randomized into treatment group and control group,90 cases in each group. Control group were given anal fistulectomy while treatment group were given anal gland resection combined with fistula removal suture accompanied by fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine. Results： The wound healing rate and time in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Anal gland resection combined with fistula removal suture accompanied by fumigation and washing with Chinese medicine has definite therapeutic effects on anal fistula.
