摘　　要：目的:观察热毒宁口服液治疗风温肺热病风热犯肺证的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年6—12月太和县中医院肺病科门诊和病房治疗的风温肺热病风热犯肺证患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组予以常规西药抗感染、化痰等对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用热毒宁口服液治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、C反应蛋白优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组有效率为66.67%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁口服液治疗风温肺热病风热犯肺证疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Reduning Oral Solution（ RDNOS） on wind-warm retention of pathogenic heat in lung with syndrome of wind-heat invading lung. Methods： Sixty patients with wind-warm retention of pathogenic heat in lung with syndrome of wind-heat invading lung who were treated in our hospital＇ s pulmonary outpatient department and wards between June 2015 and Dec. 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine for anti-infection,removing phlegm and other symptomatic treatment,while the treatment group was added RDNOS based on the treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment,the treatment group＇s symptoms score was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Its white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage,C-reactive protein were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while that of the control group was 66. 67%,the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： RDNOS has a remarkable clinical curative effect on wind-warm retention of pathogenic heat in lung with syndrome of wind-heat invading lung.
