摘　　要：目的:分析探讨治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)中药方剂的组方规律。方法:检索筛选CNKI中运用中医方剂治疗FD的文献,采用中医传承辅助平台软件集成的数据挖掘方法,分析方剂中各种药物的实用频次、性味归经和药物之间的关联规则。结果:共筛选中医药治疗FD文献1 513篇,处方161个,中药132味,归纳分析了处方中药物出现的频次,常用药对,演化得到核心组合14个,新处方7首。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台,利用数据挖掘方法对现代文献进行用药规律研究,可获得传统文献整理和统计不能发现的隐性知识和信息,为临床治疗FD提供参考。Objective： To analyze the Chinese medicine prescription rule for functional dyspepsia（ FD）. Methods： To search and select the literatures on FD treated with Chinese medicine prescriptions in CNKI. Analyze the association between the usage frequencies,properties,meridian tropism and drugs by the method of data mining with Chinese medicine inheritance aided platform software. Results： Totally 1 513 articles were selected on FD treated by Chinese medicine,including 161 prescriptions and 132 Chinese herbs. The occurrence frequencies,common herbal pairs in the prescriptions were concluded and analyzed,and finally 14 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were got. Conclusion： By researching the drug use rule in the modern literatures with Chinese medicine inheritance aided platform and data mining method,tacit knowledge and information can be obtained which cannot be obtained by traditional literature arrangement and statistics,which will provide reference for the clinical treatment of FD.
