摘　　要：补中益气汤出自李东垣所著的《内外伤辨惑论》一书,该方具有甘温除大热,升阳举陷之功效。历代医家注解此方者甚多,选辑补中益气汤代表性的古今方论不仅具有学术指导价值,更具有临床借鉴意义,探讨"阴火"以进一步解读其临证之病变证机,以更好指导其临床实践运用。本方常用于子宫、胃下垂、脱肛、炎症性肠炎、慢性痢疾、肾病综合征、功能性发热、月经过多等属气血不足、脾气不升者。在肾病科应用最多的是肾病综合征、慢性肾小球肾炎、尿道综合征等。准确辨识补中益气汤病机,了解其现代药理及代谢组学研究,方能更好发挥该方的临床疗效。Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction originates from Li Dongyuan＇ s Clarifying Doubts about Damage from Internal and External Causes and has the effects of clearing heat with sweet and warm herbs and lifting yang and collapse. Doctors of all dynasties made many annotations for this formula. The selected Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction has both academic guiding value and clinical use for reference. To explore ＂ yin fire＂ may deeper understand the pathogenic changes and pathogenesis and better guide clinical practical application. This formula is used for insufficiency of qi and blood and failure of spleen qi to ascend such as hysteroptosis,gastroptosis,rectocele,inflammatory bowel disease,chronic dysentery,nephritic syndrome,functional fever,hypermenorrhea. The most common diseases in nephrology department include nephritic syndrome,chronic glomerulonephritis and urethral syndrome. To accurately identify the pathogenesis of Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction and understand the modern pharmaceutical and metabonomics researches will better exert the clinical effects of this formula.
