摘 要:基于保德煤矿8~#厚煤层顶板岩性及组成情况,对8~#煤层顶板进行类型划分与评价,通过对81304综放面矿压规律的实测分析,从矿压显现强度、支架接顶状态和煤壁片帮等方面综合考虑,建议将原架型由2柱式综放支架改为4柱式放煤支架,并提高支架工作阻力和支护强度。采用理论计算和工作面实测分析相结合的方法,对该矿综放工作面液压支架合理支护强度进行分析,确定采场支架合理支护强度为1.35 MPa。According to roof strata and composition of No.8thick coal seam in Baode Mine,the roof was classified and evaluated.On the analysis of ground pressure behavior,two-column support was recommended to be changed into four-column support in terms of pressure intensity,contacting-roof situation of supports,and rib spalling,in order to increase the working resistance and supporting intensity of the supports.Theoretical calculation and field test were combined to determine the reasonable supporting intensity of the hydraulic supports to be 1.35 MPa.
