摘　　要：针对煤矿事故安全心理研究系统整理的不足,对目前的相关研究进行综述,并对其发展方向进行展望。研究了安全心理因素、测量方法以及预测体系。对环境及组织的研究落脚点是职工的心理状态,而心理状态决定环境及组织的效用性;根据研究对象的特性,采用不同的研究方法,进行定量的研究;运用动态的思维预测安全心理水平的变化,确定不同的应对策略的效果。In view of the lack of systematic analysis on safety psychology in coal mine accidents,this paper reviews relevant research and developmental trend of the safety psychology,in terms of factors,measurements,and prediction.While the studies on environment and organization focus on the mental state of workers,the mental state,in turn,determines the effectiveness of the environment and organization.Quantitative research was carried on with different methods.Dynamic method was applied to predict the safety psychological level in order to determine the effects of different strategies.
