摘　　要：介绍了草垛沟矿8103(8107)对拉工作面采煤工艺升级后的液压支架、刮板输送机、采煤机配套及改造过程,从科学性和实用性方面对增配采煤机选型、刮板输送机增补辅件、液压支架改造等进行了论证,其结果对薄煤层工作面的三机配套及改造具有借鉴意义。The paper introduces matching and transformation process of hydraulic support,scraper conveyor,and shearer after upgrading coal mining techniques in 8103（ 8107） double face in Caoduogou Mine.In terms of science and feasibility,the selection of additional shearer,supplementary accessories of the scraper conveyor,and hydraulic support transformation are discussed. The results could be instructive for the three-machine matching and transformation in thin coal seams.
