摘  要:针对钢索应力测量,设计了一种磁弹式索力检测系统。推导了基于磁弹效应原理测量钢索应力的关系式。进行了磁通量传感器的设计和磁感应强度ANSYS仿真,给出了检测系统的硬件结构和实际测量波形。实验结果表明:索力检测系统,精度小于5%,基本达到工程应用需求。In view of steel cable tension measurement,a set of magnetic-elastic cable tension detecting system is designed. Based on principle of magnetic-elastic effect,the relation of cable stress measurement is deduced.Magnetic flux sensor is designed,whose magnetic induction intensity is simulated by ANSYS. And hardware structure of detection system and actual measurement waveform are given. Experimental data is given,and the results show that the precision of the cable force testing system is less than 5 %,achieve engineering application requirements.
