摘　　要：推动政府向社会购买公共服务是优化政府服务质量和提高政府公共管理水平的有效途径,也是促进政府职能快速转变和深化社会体制改革的重要突破口。近年来,广州市政府在购买公共服务过程中遇到的问题影响了公共服务供给效果,因此,应从完善政府购买公共服务相关政策法律、明确政府购买公共服务的角色定位、优化政府购买公共服务模式三个维度来解决政府购买公共服务过程中存在的问题,进而提高政府公共管理水平。The aim to study and improve the government procurement of public service is to improve the service quality and optimize the government public management level.And it helps to promote the rapid transformation of government function and deepen the of the social reform.We can see clearly the rapid pace of government procurement in Guangzhou,but also the exposed plight has done serious influence to public service supply.This paper attempts to take social work service as an example,suggests to formulate government procurement related policy laws,make clear posi- tioning in procurement and optimize the service mode to improve and promote the quality of government procurement.
