普通电子胃镜与透明帽辅助电子胃镜对食管异物取出情况的影响

摘　　要：目的比较普通电子胃镜与透明帽辅助电子胃镜对食管异物取出的效果。方法选取2012年10月-2014年7月收治的食管异物患者110例。根据异物取出方式的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组使用普通电子胃镜进行异物清取,观察组使用安装有透明帽的电子胃镜进行异物清取。比较两组取出方式的视野清晰程度、清理异物的操作时间、成功率、患者耐受性及并发症情况。结果观察组操作时间和并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01),而异物取出成功率、视野清晰率和总耐受率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论电子胃镜加透明帽辅助取食管异物时视野清晰度更佳,操作时间短且患者耐受性强,是一种安全、有效的异物取出术。Objective To compare effect between common electronic gastroscope and transparent cap-assisted e- lectronic gastroscope in removal conditions esophageal foreign bodies. Methods A total of 110 patients with esophageal foreign bodies admitted during October 2012 and July 2014 were divided into control group and observation group （n=55 for each group） according to the different removal ways. Control group was treated with common electronic gastroscope, while observation group was treated with transparent cap-assisted electronic gastroscope. Clear degree of visual fields, op- eration time of removing esophageal foreign bodies, successful rate, patients＇tolerance and incidence rate of complications were compared between groups. Results Values of operation time and incidence rate of complication were significantly lower （P 〈 0. 01 ） , while values of successful rate of removing foreign bodies, rate of clear visual field and the total toler- ance rate were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Transpar- ent cap-assisted electronic gastroscope in removal conditions esophageal foreign bodies, has good clear visual field, short operation time and good patients＇tolerance.
