摘　　要：为了明确汽车顶棚复合面料中聚酯与聚醚海绵的选用原则,该文通过对聚酯与聚醚海绵的物理性能、挥发性、耐水解性、火焰复合工艺及成本的分析比较,总结出聚酯海绵在物理性能和复合工艺方面较聚醚海绵具有显著优势,聚醚海绵在耐水解性、挥发性及原材料成本上较聚酯海绵更具优势。为海绵材料厂正在开发的综合了聚酯与聚醚2种海绵性能优势的半酯半醚海绵提供了理论依据,对于今后半酯半醚海绵的发展和应用具有指导作用。In order to define the selection principle of polyester and polyether sponge used in the car ceiling, this paper sums up the significant advantage of polyester sponge in physical properties and composite process, introduces the better performance of pelyether sponge in hydrolysis, volatility and raw material cost through analyzing the physical properties, volatility, hydrolysis, flame composite process and cost analysis, providing the foundation for developing a new type sponge which has advantages both of polyether and polyester has, it provides the guideline for the development of a new type sponge.
