6S管理法在血液净化中心药品管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨6S管理法应用于血液净化中心药品管理的效果,以保证药品质量,确保患者用药的准确性和安全性,同时避免差错事故与医疗纠纷的发生。提高医疗护理质量。方法对本中心的药品采用6S管理法进行管理,按照SEIRI(整理)、SEITON(整顿)、SEISO(清扫)、SEIKETSU(清洁)、SHITSUKE(素养)、SECURITY(安全)做好药品的管理工作。结果采用χ2检验对本中心采用6S管理法进行药品管理的前与实施1个月后情况进行对比,P<0.01,将本中心采用6S管理法进行药品管理前与应用6S管理法管理药品6个月后进行对比,P<0.01。结论血液净化中心药品管理应用6S管理法管理1个月后,基数不合理、标识不清或无标识、摆放不合理、拿取错误、药品混放的问题发生率明显降低。且在实施6个月后持之有效。应用6S管理法进行血液净化中心的药品管理工作,提高了临床药品的安全性和工作效率,同时提高了医护人员的职业素养。保证了患者的用药安全。To explore the effect of 6S management method in drug administration of blood purification center,so as to ensure the quality of drugs,ensure the accuracy and safety of medication,avoid the occurrence of errors,accidents and medical disputes,and to improve the quality of medical care.Methods For the management of the drug in author’s hospital,6S management method was used.The medicine management was performed according to the SEIRI（finishing）,SEITON（rectification）,SEISO（cleaning）,SEIKETSU（clean）,SHITSUKE（quality）,and SECURITY（Security）.Results The chi square test was used to compare data of the center before and after the implementation of 6S management in drug administration.The difference was significant（P〈0.01）.The comparison of the center before 6S management method and the application of 6S management method for 6 months was significantly different（P〈0.01）.Conclusions After the management of 6S management in the blood purification center,the incidence of the problems such as unreasonable base,unclear identification or no identification,unreasonable placement,mistake taking and drug mixing are obviously reduced.It is effective after 6 months of implementation.Application of 6S management method in the blood purification center drug administration improves the safety and efficiency of clinical drugs,improves the professional quality of medical staff,and ensures the safety of patient medication.
