参芍口服液对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂和生长因子的影响

摘  要:目的观察参芍口服液对AS大鼠血清中血脂和生长因子浓度的影响。方法 60只雄性SD大鼠被随机分为六组:普通饲料组、AS模型组、参芍口服液低剂量组、参芍口服液中剂量组、参芍口服液高剂量组和辛伐他汀组。经分别喂食12周及应用参芍口服液4周后,处死大鼠。通过光镜观察各组大鼠主动脉病理形态学变化;检测各组大鼠血清中血脂和生长因子浓度。结果参芍口服液组大鼠主动脉动脉硬化病理改变程度较AS模型组轻,而这种形态差异随着参芍口服液给药剂量的增加而逐渐显著;参芍口服液高剂量组大鼠的血清TC、TG、LDL-C及PAF、PDGF、FGF-2、TGF-β1浓度显著低于AS模型组(均P<0.05)。结论参芍口服液可以调节AS大鼠血脂浓度、下调生长因子水平,这可能是参芍口服液防治AS的重要机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of Shenshao oral lotion to serum lipid and growth factors concen- tration in atherosclerotic rats.Methods Atherosclerotic rats model were established by high fat feed and in- traperitoneal injection of VD3.Sixty male SD rats were divided into six groups randomly: normal feed group, atherosclerotic model group,low dose of Shenshao oral lotion group, middle dose of Shenshao oral lotion group and high dose of Shenshao oral lotion group, simvastatin control group'.Pathomorphology change of aorta of the rats was observed through light microscope.Serum lipids and growth factors concentration of rats in each group were examined after 12 weeks feed and Shenshao oral lotion were given for 4 weeks.Results The path- ological change of aorta of the rats in high dose of Shenshao oral lotion group was alleviated than which in ath- erosclerotic model group.Compared with atherosclerotic model groups, the serum level of TC, TG, LDL- C, PAF, PDGF'FGF-2,TGF-131 were lower and the serum level of HDL- C were higher in high dose Shens- hao oral lotion group and simvastatin group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Shenshao oral lotion can modulate blood lipid and growth factors concentration in atherosclerotic rats,which may be one of the mechanisms of Shens- hao oral lotion to prevent atherosclerosis.
