中医治未病对亚健康人群健康状况影响的研究

摘　　要：目的为了观察中医治未病对亚健康人群健康状况的影响。方法将2014年6月—2015年3月期间在华北理工大学附属医院参加体检符合亚健康标准的100例分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予常规干预,观察组在常规干预基础上加以中医治未病等综合干预,分别在干预前、干预6个月后进行生存质量量化评分比较。结果观察组在干预前后亚健康状况在生理、心理、社会关系领域方的改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合的健康干预措施能有效地改善亚健康人群的健康状况,提高生活质量。中医治未病能有效干预亚健康,改善个体健康状况。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on health status of sub healthy people.Metbods One hundred cases with sub health standards,selected in author＇s hospital from July 2014 to iVl.arch 2015, were divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group.The control group Wlas＇given routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive intervention with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional intervention.Quality of life scores were quantified in comparison before and after intervention after 6 months.Results There were significant differences in the physical,psy- chological and social relations between the interventioll group and the sub health status before and after the in- tervention （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive health intervention can effectively improve the health sta- tus of sub health population and improve the quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of disease can effectively interfere with sub health, improve the health of individuals.
