评分量表联合磁共振检查评估轻型卒中患者的近期预后研究

摘　　要：目的研究ESSEN卒中评分量表联合磁共振MRA检查评价轻型卒中患者发病90d后脑梗死的复发率。方法以该院神经内科2014年1月—2016年9月诊治的135例轻型卒中患者为研究对象,全部患者均完善头颈MRA检查,部分行DSA或CTA进行核实,并进行临床ESSEN卒中量表评分,随访发病后90d脑梗死的复发率。结果轻型卒中患者发病90d后脑梗死复发率为14.1%,其中ESSEN评分≥3分,同时头颈MRA提示颈内动脉或/和颅内动脉有中重度狭窄的患者,脑梗死复发率高达37.5%,二者比较具有明显统计学意义。结论 ESSEN卒中评分量表联合磁共振MRA检查可明显提高对轻型卒中患者发病后90d脑梗死复发率的预测。Objective To evaluate the effect of ESSEN stroke risk score combined with MRA for prediction of the recurrence rate of minor stroke within 90 days.Methods The patients from minor stroke between January 2014 and September 2016 in author＇s hospital were involved.MRA were perform suffer ed and ESSEN was scaled.The recurrence of minor stroke within90 days would be recorded.Results The recurrence rate of minor stroke within 90 days was 14.1%.The recurrence rate of patients with ESSEN≥4 and MRA vascular stenosis was 37.5%.There was a significant correlation between ESSEN≥4 and MRA vascular stenosis and the recurrence of ischemic events.Conclusion The ranking scales of ESSEN and MRA vascular stenosis could improve the predictions of recurrence rates of minor stroke within 90 days.
