摘 要:智能起重机通过将传感器与智能决策软件与起重机的集成,实现感知、分析、推理、决策和控制等功能,实现人、机、物的交互和融合,代替人工进行感知、决策和执行,使起重机能适应工作环境的变化。文中分析了智能起重机工作过程中应具有的人工智能特性,详细叙述了起吊物品的识别/校验/反馈与信息存储技术、空间定位技术、智能取物装置、路径规划与柔性升降系统的"电子防摇摆"技术、状态检测与故障自动诊断技术、实时在线监测及远程诊断技术、成套装备的监控和管理等实现相关智能的关键技术,概括总结了研究和发展智能起重机的深远意义和必要性。Intelligent crane, an integration of sensor, intelligent decision-making software and crane, is capable of perception, analysis, reasoning, decision-making and control formerly done by human beings, which actually makes interaction and integration of human, machine and substance possible and facilitates crane to adapt to changes in working environment. The paper deals with the analysis on necessary artificial intelligence characteristics of intelligent crane during operations, and elaborates on related key technologies including identification/checking/feedback and information storage technology for lifting items, space positioning technology, intelligent extraction device, path planning and "electronic anti- swing" technology for flexible lifting system, state detection and automatic fault diagnosis technology, real-time online monitoring and remote diagnosis technology and complete sets of equipment monitoring and management technology. The paper ends with summarizing profound significance and necessity of researching and developing intelligent crane.
