摘 要:使用浓磷酸水解的方法对涤粘混纺织物进行回收再利用,以解决涤粘混纺织物的污染问题。结果表明:涤粘织物经浓磷酸水解后的滤渣为涤纶,没有粘胶纤维的残余物出现;碳化产物中含有大量的苯环结构;碳化产物粒径较为均匀,平均粒径为346.94nm,相互粘结堆积在一起,整体上形成了较多空洞,可提高其作为活性炭类材料的吸附能力;碳化产物的吸油能力要好于棉花和活性炭,但是弱于膨胀石墨,其对于水面机油的吸附能力可达55g/g,可作为一种疏水吸油材料用于水面油污的治理。In order to solve the pollution problems of polyester/viscose blended fabric,concentrated phosphoric acid was used to recycle and reuse the composite yarn.FTIR results show that,the filter residue was PET.The carbonized product contained large amounts of benzene ring structure,suggesting the hydrolysis and carbonization of cellulose in concentrated phosphoric acid.The SEM observations showed that the diameter of the carbonized products was uniform,and they piled to form some cavities,which increased the adsorption capacity.The average particle size of carbonization product was 346.94 nm.The test results show that the oil adsorbing capacity of the carbonization product was better than that of cotton and activated carbon,but weaker than that of expanded graphite.Adsorption capacity test of oil pollution on water surface shows that adsorption capacity of carbonized product reached 55g/g,which means carbonization product can be used as a kind of hydrophobic oil adsorbing material for the treatment of water pollution.
