摘  要:研究了橡碗提取液的制备方法以及橡碗提取液对羊毛织物的染色性能、抗菌性能及抗紫外性能。测试了橡碗提取液的紫外-可见光谱,研究了橡碗提取原液对羊毛染色时,染色pH、温度对染色性能的影响,探讨了媒染剂硫酸亚铁、硫酸铝钾、氯化亚锡及硫酸铜对染色织物色度值及K/S值的影响,测试了染色牢度以及染色羊毛织物的抗菌性能和抗紫外线性能。结果表明,橡碗提取液对羊毛直接染色的适宜pH=3,温度为95℃。4种媒染剂均可提高色深值,对颜色特征值影响较大,染色试样具有较好的耐皂洗、耐摩擦及耐光色牢度。经染色后,羊毛织物的抗菌活性及抗紫外性能显著提高。The extraction procedure of valonea, dyeing behavior, antimicrobial activity and UV-protection property of valonea crude extract on wool fabrics were studied. UV-visible spectrophotometry of the extract were tested. The effects of pH and temperature on dyeing properties of wool extract were studied. And then the effect of mordant, such as ferrous sulfate, potassium aluminum sulfate, stannous chloride, copper sulfate and so on, on fabrics color hue and K/S value was investigated. Furthermore, the color fastness properties, antimicrobial activity and UV-protection property of the dyed wool fabrics were analysized. The results showed that the optimum conditions for direct dyeing of valonea extract on wool fabrics were pH=3, temperature95 ℃. Four kinds of mordants could improve color depth and have a great influence on the color hue. All dyeing wool fabrics had good color fastness for washing, rubbing and light. Moreover, the dyed wool fabrics showed good antimicrobial activity and UV resistant performance.
