摘　　要：农业水价改革是一项系统工程,已进入深水区,需要认真研究政策和实践做法。坚持试点先行,总结改革经验,探讨解决对策,进一步完善符合当地水情的农业水价改革思路。Agricultural water price reform is a systematic project, has entered the deep water area, need to seriously study the policy and practice. Adhere to the pilot first, summed up the reform experience, to explore solutions to further improve the local water conditions in line with the reform of agricultural water prices ideas.
